A day after falling to Mount Vernon Nazarene, JU came back to defeat the Cougars 7-3.
Pacing the Eagles was Amelia Jimenez. In the circle, Jimenez went all 7 innings for the win. She held the Cougars to just 3 runs, 2 earns, and limited free passes with zero walks allowed.
