Playing from 1980-83, former men's soccer player Campbell is one of the best to go through the program. A four-year starter for the Eagles, Campbell helped guide the program to national recognition with three NCCAA National Tournament appearances finishing 4th, 2nd and 6th in the nation. At the national tournament, Campbell was named to the All-Tournament team in 1982 and 1983. He is the program's first-ever NAIA All-American, earning that distinction his senior year. He was named NAIA All-District his freshman, junior and senior seasons. Campbell was also picked as a three-time NCCAA All-American and a four-time member of the NIIC All-Conference squad. By his junior season, he held every Judson individual scoring record. Campbell led his team's in scoring all four seasons, leading his team in both goals and assists in 1981 and 1982. In 1983, Campbell scored 27 goals which is tied for sixth-best for a single season. He also had 14 assists that year for a combined 68 points, which is the fifth-best mark for a season. Campbell tallied 220 points in his career which ranks third all-time, scored an all-time third best 88 goals and added 44 assists which ranks seventh. His career was capped of with a third consecutive team MVP award and being named Judson's Male Athlete of the Year for 1983-84.
