A 2003 graduate, Olson is being inducted for softball. As a junior and a senior, she was a CCAC all-conference player and also an NAIA and NCCAA All-Region selection. In 2002, she was named the team's Best Offensive Player as she set the program's single-season record with seven triples. In 2003, the team co-captain was team co-Most Valuable Player and in that season, she set the program record for doubles in a season with 20 and led the team with a .429 batting average. Olson ranks second in career triples (10) and third in doubles (40). She also ranks in the program's top-10 career records for RBI, runs scored, home runs, and hits.
