KELLY FINDLEY '92
Playing from 1988-91, Kelly Findley was a member of Judson's first-ever NCCAA National Tournament Championship team as a senior. A four-time team Most Valuable Player and team captain of his senior squad, Findley most likely received more awards than any other athlete in Judson history. He was a three-time NAIA All-American, the only Judson men's soccer player to accomplish that feat. As a sophomore, junior and a senior he was named to the NCCAA All-American team and was also selected to the NAIA All-Area team, the NAIA All-Region team, the NCCAA All-Region team and the NIIC All-Conference team. At the NCCAA National Tournament in 1989 and 1991, Findley was named to the All-Tournament team. In 1990, he was named NIIC Conference Player of the Year and was Judson's Male Athlete of the Year in 1990-91. A midfielder for his squads, stats don't measure his success on the playing field, however, as both a junior and a senior, Findley led his team in assists with 12 and 11, respectively. He finished his four-year career with 48 assists, which ranks fifth all-time.
