Ed Allen
Allen was an integral student-athlete to the Judson athletic department during the school's first decade of competition. He participated in three different sports with the Eagles as he was a member of the soccer team, the basketball team, and the track team. With the track team, Allen was a prominent star as he was a Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference (NIIC) javelin champion, and had reached the Olympic qualifying mark in the competition. He also won numerous NIIC All-Conference awards and had school records upon leaving Judson in the javelin, long jump, triple jump, and numerous team relays. Allen was a three-year letterwinner and was named the team's most valuable athlete and inspirational athlete during the 1971 season. As a basketball player, Allen played four years, two as a varsity letterman, was named to the NIIC All-Conference team in 1970-1971 and was the team's most improved player in 1971. As a soccer player, Allen was a two-time letter winner and won the team's most improved player award in 1970.
