Eva Serrato Makes Top 10 At Conference Meet

Bettendorf, IA - The Judson University Lady Eagles Cross Country team traveled to the 2024 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships on Saturday at Crow Creek Park in Bettendorf, Iowa, hosted by St. Ambrose University.
Senior Eva Serrato set a personal record with a time of 25:01.02. It is the ninth best time in program rankings.
In the race, she finished 32nd overall out of 85 runners against a highly competitive NAIA/NCCAA ranked field.
Junior Danielle Giovenco placed 63rd overall to cross the finish line with a time of 27:25.8.
The Judson Lady Eagles are currently ranked 14th in the NCCAA polls, and will receive a berth to the NCCAA Cross Country Championships in Warsaw Indiana on November 15th.
The NCCAA Cross Country Championship kicks off with the women's 5K at 9:00 a.m., and the men's 8K race immediately following at 10:30 a.m.
