Burkhart and Mayer Recognized as CCAC All-Conference Runners

Chicago, Ill. Judson University had two runners recognized as Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) All-Conference runners for the 2019 season. Marie Mayer and Chloe Burkhart are the two athletes who received the distinguished honor.

Mayer earned her All-CCAC honors by recording an 18:55.9 5k time in the CCAC Conference Championship in Portage, Indiana, while Burkhart was recognized for finishing the CCAC race with a time of 19:18. Mayer's time earned her fifth place overall, while Burkhart was 14th overall. The top 15 runners at the CCAC Championship receive the honors.

This is not the first time that these runners have received prestigious honors. In 2018, Burkhart and Mayer each were named NCCAA All-Americans. Congratulations to both of these athletes for another fine season.
