Seven Women's Volleyball Players Named NCCAA and NAIA Scholar Atheltes
Elgin, IL The Judson University Women's Volleyball Team had seven individuals honored by the NAIA and NCCAA for their academic efforts.
Three Eagles won individual scholar athlete honors as Zoe Eitel and Madeline Shepherd were named NCCAA Scholar Athletes, while Alyssa Gerzel was recognized as an NAIA Scholar Athlete. Four Eagles were both NCCAA and NAIA Scholar Athletes: Lindsay Lawlor, Lindsay Paulsen, Kara Wicklund, and Brielle Wilkins were both NCCAA and NAIA Scholar Athletes.
The NAIA award winners must hold a GPA of 3.5, must at least be a sophomore in rank, and have been at their respective school for over a year. The NCCAA requires a GPA of 3.4, must be a junior in rank, and have been at their respective school for over a year.
