Judson takes on Lake Forest

Lake Forest, IL - The Judson University Women's Tennis team traveled to Division 3 Lake Forest College on September 11, 2019. The Eagles fell to Lake Forest 9-0, but produced some very close score lines. At #1 doubles, the tandem of Sofia Corona Garza and Lizeth Medina Diaz dropped a 4-8 decision, while the freshmen duo of Katelynn Coleman and Hannah Womack were downed 3-8.

Sofia Corona Garza fought a tough battle at #1 singles, but was ultimately topped 6-7 (5-7) 3-6. Lizeth Medina Diaz also had a tough match, but in the end fell 4-6, 1-6.

The Eagles will be back in action next Thursday, as they head to Olivet Nazarene University for ITA Regionals.
