Crystal Lake, Ill. The Judson University Women's Soccer Team hosted a conference match on Tuesday as Alondra Blanco (2 goals) and Kelly Leon (2 assists) provided the offense in a 3-2 loss to Trinity Christian on Tuesday.
Blanco's first goal was a shot from inside the box in the fifth minute. Blanco then extended the Eagles lead to two with a goal in the 25th minute on a great cross-field lead pass from Leon and easily scored from the top of the box. Trinity Christian scored in the 38th, 53rd, and 59th minutes of the contest.
The Eagles had 10 shots, four of which were on net. Blanco was the team leader with five shots, including all four of the shots on target. Leon had two shots, while Natalia Ruiz, Mireyah Macias, and Alex Wawrzyniak provided the other shots for Judson. Morgan Olsen made six saves on nine shots in the loss.
Judson (6-4, 4-2 CCAC) faces Roosevelt on the road Saturday.
