Eagles Take Flight With Win In Joliet
Joliet, IL - The Eagles women's team competed in the one day, 18-hole Joliet Invite on Tuesday. The invite was held at Nettle Creek Golf course.
The Eagles had a great day as they took home the team trophy for the event.
Judson finished in first place out of the ten teams that competed. Their team score of 346 was seven shots better than second place.
The course played to a par 71 and 5,803 yards.
It arguably may have been former Conference Player of the Year, Grace Kidwell's best round of the fall as she shot a 81 finishing t-3.
Judson also had Frieda Euscher-Klingenhagen finish in solo 7th place with an 85. Just behind her was Isabell Burnett who finished t-8 with an 86.
It is the Eagles second team win of the fall.
On the women's side, 54 players competed.
Judson has a two-day event up next with the Edgewood Invite next week.
