Eagles Win Opener Of Phoenix Classic
Cumberland, TN - In an authoritative performance, the Judson University Men's Volleyball team defeated Life University with a 3-0 sweep at the Dallas Floyd Arena in Lebanon, Tenn., on March 14th. The win showcased the Eagles' dominance in what was an exhilarating Regular Season clash.
The match saw Judson University set the pace early, winning the first set 25-21. They maintained momentum with scores of 25-20 and 25-22 in the subsequent sets, leaving no opening for the Running Eagles of Life University to gain ground. Key players for Judson included Grant Shipley, who led the team with 11 kills and 4 blocks. Following close were Mason Snodgrass with 10 kills and 10 digs, and Elijah Gregg with 9 kills, illustrating a well-rounded team performance.
