Eagles Have Strong Showing At Marquette

Milwaukee, WI - The Eagles competed at their second outdoor meet of the spring at the Marquette Invitational. 

For the men, they had a very strong showing in the running events. 

In the 100 Meters, JU had four runners place in the top 15. Ian Wiggan finished in second with a time of 10.88, which was .01 seconds away from the top spot. Wiggan also made some school history by breaking his own school record with the time of 10.88. 

Camren Carter finished in 9th, Brandon Mackey finished in 13th, and Elijah Nixon finished in 15th. 

The Eagles saw a couple more top 10's in the 200 Meters, as Chris Frazier finished in 7th with a time of 22.67, and Ian Wiggan placed in 10th. 

Chris Frazier also placed 5th in the 400 Meter event. 

Chase Porsche finished in 7th in the 5000 Meters. 

And finally, once again Camren Carter continues to be a master in the hurdles. He won the 110 Hurdles with a time of 14.72. This is the fifth time this year that Carter has won a hurdles event.
