Carter Wins Again At CCAC Meet
Bourbonnais, IL - This year, the CCAC Indoor Track and Field Championships were help at Olivet Nazarene University.
On the men's side, two Eagles were named All-Conference. The first was Aiden Snyder. Snyder finished 2nd in the 3000 meter race walk with a time of 18:21.00.
The other was senior star Camren Carter. Carter won the 60 meter hurdles event in both the preliminaries, and the finals this past weekend.
Carter had the fastest prelim time posting an 8.22 mark. In the finals, he posted an 8.32 time which was all he needed in touching the line just ahead of WIll Reemtsma of St. Ambrose at a time of 8.33.
This is the forth different meet where Carter has won the hurdle event. He also won it at the Karl Schlender Invite on January 20th. Carter then won January 26th at the ONU Invite, and most recently, February 2nd at the Tadd Metzger before the CCAC event.
The senior from Davenport, IA is also an NAIA qualifier and will be competing in South Dakota at the NAIA National Competition.
