Judson Tennis Programs Named NCCAA Scholar Teams
Greenville, SC The Judson University Men's and Women's Tennis Teams have been named NCCAA Scholar Teams for the spring semester. The teams join Judson's Men's Golf, Women's Golf, and Women's Volleyball teams as fellow NCCAA Scholar Teams for the 2022-23 year. This is the first time in at least six years that five programs have earned the NCCAA Scholar Team distinction.
The Tennis teams finished the year with the highest GPAs of any team on campus. The women's team had a 3.65 GPA, while the men's team had a 3.55 GPA. In order to receive the award, each team must have a combined 3.4 GPA for their respective season's semester.
Judson is expected to have a significant amount of NAIA scholar teams, which require a 3.0 team GPA, to be announced later this summer. The Judson University Athletic Department congratulates the tennis teams on this outstanding honor.
