Elgin, Ill. The Judson Unviersity Men's Soccer Team is continuing to dominate as they won their sixth straight game and extended their unbeaten streak to seven with a 6-1 win over Waldorf. It was also the first game for the Men's Soccer Team on the new Dawson Field facility.
Pedero Botello opened the scoring when he scored off a pass from Rafa Rocha in the sixth minute. Following a Gabriel Trevisan goal in the ninth minute (Sam Chavez assist), Waldorf scored their lone goal in the 16th minute. Chavez (Trevisan) scored in the 25th minute to give Judson a 3-1 lead heading into halftime. Judson scored twice in a matter of two minutes as Rocha scored off a rebound from the post in the 53rd minute, while Trevisan scored his second off a pass from Chavez. In the 86th minute, Eric Villa scored his first of the season off a great cross-field pass from Cristobal Corral. Mateo Ojesto made two saves on three shots on goal in the win.
Judson (5-4-4) faces Cardinal Stritch on Saturday in Milwaukee.
