Crystal Lake, IL. The Judson University Men's Soccer Team continues to use the same recipe for success as the Eagles defeated Calumet 5-0 on Tuesday in a windy and wet MAC complex. Samuel Chavez continues to dominate as he recorded Judson's third (assist Gabriel Trevisan) and fourth (Inigo Capellan) goals on the afternoon in the second half. Judson's goaltending has also continued to be stellar as Lucas Sala made two saves in a clean sheet effort.
Judson's first goal came on a Martin Wainstein attempt out in from off a pass from the right side from Pablo Escobar. Trevisan dribbled in and scored from the right side for Judson's second tally early in the second half. Pedero Botello recorded the fifth goal on a shot from just outside of the box (Bruno Canto) to give the Eagles their final goal.
Trevisan led the Eagles with six total shots. Capellan had the most shots on goal with three. Wilondja Emena and Capellan had four shots apeice in the victory.
Judson (4-4-4, 4-1-3 CCAC) faces St. Ambrose on Saturday in the Quad Cities.
