Eagles Open 2021 Spring Season in North Central Invite

Naperville, Ill. The Judson University Golf Teams began their 2021 spring season on Monday as the Eagles participated in the North Central College invite.

The women's team participated as individuals only. Grace Haakenson had a sixth-place overall finish, shooting a 94. Lynsie Pietrzak finished two strokes behind Haakenson to place tied for ninth. Lauren Semerau also had a top-15 finish with a 103-stroke performance.

On the men's side, the Eagles finished in eighth place with a total team score of 359. Patrick Owens was Judson's top finisher, shooting an 85 and finishing tied for 25th. Blake Foster was a stroke behind to finish with an 86. RJ McCoy (93) and Carter Bruntjen (95) also finished in the top 50 for Judson.

The women's team next participates in the Carthage invite on April 2 & 3. The men will host their own invitational on April 12 at Randall Oaks.
