Eagles Announce Spring Recruiting Class
Elgin, IL - After recent spring signing days, Men's Bowling is adding several new players to the Nest for next season.
"Judson Bowling is honored and blessed to announce the signing of these fantastic student athletes to our Judson Bowling family," says Head Coach Vince Biondo.
The first is Adam Stevens. Adam was a multisport athlete in High School and is ready to put all his focus on Bowling! Adam is a Christian Ministry major and will be a great addition to our team on and off the lanes!
Next is Aidan Lee. Aidan comes to us from the Naperville Central High School Bowling program where his team had 2 State Final appearances. Aidan was a 4-year varsity player in High School which placed 6th in the state his sophomore season. Aidan has a 2nd place finish on the Elite Youth Tour and has a Great Lakes Tour Title to his credit. Aidan will be majoring in Health Promotion and Performance here at Judson.
Next is Zack Poling. Zack comes to us from the Glenbard East High School Bowling program where his team had 2 State Final appearances. Zack was a 4-year varsity player in High School and has a high game of 300 and high series of 771. Zack also played Soccer in high school as well as percussion. Zack will be majoring in Business.
Also, Kaelexx Oats. Kaelexx comes to us from the Evanston High School Bowling program where he was team captain as a Senior. Kaelexx was a 4-year varsity player in High School and was All-Conference for 4 years. Kaelexx also accomplished an amazing feat of back-to-back 300 games in competition. As a freshman he led his high school team to their first state finals appearance. Kaelexx is a seasoned tournament player that is going to add great energy and passion to our team. Kaelexx will be majoring in Business.
Also, Payton Helm. Payton comes to us from the College of Lake County Bowling program. Payton will bring College Bowling experience to our program and has 6-300 games and also placed 14th out of 400 bowlers in his first college tournament last season. Payton also was a tennis star in high school as a varsity member all 4 years and also went undefeated in his junior and senior seasons. Payton will be majoring in Accounting.
And, De'Vyn Franklin. De'Vyn comes to us from the Simeon High School Bowling program where he was a varsity starter. De'Vyn has bowled a 300 game and made it to sectionals his last 2 seasons. De'Vyn is outstanding student as he has maintained a 4.0 GPA for his high school career! De'Vyn will be majoring in Sports Management.
Finally, Kadin Horton. Kadin comes to us from the Auburn High School Bowling program where he was a varsity player all 4 years. Kadin has a high series of 778 and was a leader on his team these past 2 seasons. Kadin will be majoring in music ed and was a composer for his high school senior concert this year. Kadin is also a selfless leader as he has led and mentored many of the underclassman in high school with their music talents.
