Eagles Claim Top 25 At Kegel
Addison, IL - On the Men's Varsity side, we came away with a top 25 finish. The Men's teams had a super solid weekend averaging 204.78 as a team! Led by Junior Eric Roberts who averaged 214.4 and was 90% on single pins and a 72% on multipins as well as striking 58% on the time on the weekend.
Grad student Jason Claus was a big help off the bench as he averaged 211 on the weekend with a 93% single pin percentage a stellar 84% on multipins. Senior James Kontos averaged 205.4 and was 95% on single pins as well as a fantsastic 84% on multipins while also striking 57% of the time on the weekend.
Junior Phil Heuser averaged 202 for his 2 games and was a perfect 5 for 5 on single pins. Freshman standout Woodley Dangerfield averaged 196 on the weekend and was 82% on single pins and 75% on multipins.
Senior Sebastian Beth who has had one of the best single pin percentages in school history was solid. Sebastian has currently made 135 out of 143 single pins on the season for 94.41%!! This weekend he was 82% in single pins and 80% on multipins and averaged 194 for the weekend.
Junior Griffin Roake and Sophomore Caleb Vergona also contributed on the weekend.
This coming weekend is the Kohawk Invitational in Cedar Rapids, IA
