Eagles Fall Late At Holy Cross
Notre Dame, IN - In an intense conference basketball showdown, the Judson University Eagles were edged out by the Holy Cross Saints, 73-75, at McKenna Arena on February 8, 2025. The game, marked by a neck-to-neck battle culminating in a thrilling finale, left the Eagles' fans on the edge of their seats until the last moments.
The halftime scoreboard reflected an evenly matched contest with both teams locked at 35 points. However, the Saints managed to sneak a victory in the closing seconds. George Bellevue shone brightly for the Eagles, pouring 23 points along with securing 7 rebounds and 2 steals. Bronson Bartuch also made significant contributions with 16 points, and his clutch 3-pointer with just 7 seconds left in the game brought Judson within striking distance of victory.
