Chicago, IL The Judson University Men's Basketball Team played its final conference game of 2022 on Tuesday night. The Eagles' offense attack was well-rounded as four players scored 12 points in a 70-68 loss to Roosevelt.
Javaris Wiggins scored 12 points on 5-13 shooting and added three assists, two rebounds, and two steals. Anterrious Rhyan was another 12-point scorer as he made 5-6 free throws and added two assists and a steal. Jack Keller made 5-7 field goals and added three assists to lead to a 12-point night. Isiah Burd had 12 points, four rebounds, and an assist off the bench, including two made three-pointers. Thomas Donati had nine points, 11 rebounds, four blocks, and two assists in the contest.
"On paper, we beat Roosevelt in almost every category tonight. If we have 1 less turnover we win that game," said Head Coach Bruce Fields. "I'm very optimistic about this second half of the season. Our team gets better every day and I'm excited to see where we will be in February."
Judson (4-10, 3-5 CCAC) faces Beloit on December 30 in Southern Wisconsin.
