Southfield, MI - It was a rough day for the Eagles during their third straight road game this season. Judson fell to Lawrence Tech 77-18, dropping their record to 1-3 on the season.
The Eagles were unable to contain the running attack of Lawrence Tech as they ran for 313 yards and seven touchdowns.
For Judson, quarterback Jake Parker had mixed results. Yes, he threw for over 300 yards and three touchdowns, but he also threw four interceptions in the game.
Another gold star goes to wide-out Grant Alexander Jr. He caught three balls, going over 100 yards receiving once again. Alexander found the endzone two more times on the afternoon.
While the score was lopsided, there was a bit of history for the Eagles. During their first drive of the second half, Parker connected with Alexander for a 94-yard touchdown catch and run. That 94-yard pass play is the longest in Judson program history.
Avant Rowe also had a good day with five catches for 115 yards and a score.
Defensively, Francis Ezeagbor had seven tackles to lead the Eagles. Jaylen Ware had six tackles and a pass break up.
After three straight road games, Judson will now return home next week to take on Concordia Ann Arbor. It will also be homecoming weekend for JU.
