Spirit Squads Celebrates Three On Senior Day
Elgin, IL - On Saturday afternoon, the Eagles held senior day for Men's and Women's Basketball, and the JU Cheer Squad.
The Cheer Squad recognized three seniors as a part of the 2025 class; Mia Salas, Lily Ferguson, and Ashley Reducindo.
Ashley Reducindo is a 4-year cheer and dance athlete from Chicago, IL graduating with a Secondary Math Education degree. Ashley has balanced the demands of being a scholar athlete as well as participating as a Roeser Scholar for the last four years. She is the Service Coordinator for the team, upholding the value of serving others which is consistent with the way she lives her life.
Mia Salas is a 4-year cheer and dance athlete from Lake in the Hills, IL, graduating with an Elementary Education degree. Mia has been a key leader on the Squad, serving as Team Captain. She has a vast dance background and possesses excellent leadership and choreography skills. Mia has been the team's main choreographer for most of her Judson career.
Lily Ferguson is a 4-year cheer and dance athlete from Wheaton, IL, graduating with an Architecture degree. Lily's broad dance background brought greater levels of excellence to the Spirit Squad. Her grace, poise, and gorgeous technique are a pillar to the team. Lily serves as Social Coordinator for the team, a perfect fit for her personality as she exudes kindness, inclusiveness and positivity.
