Hagenmaier was a four-year letterwinner at Judson University where she made an impact during all four of her seasons. She led the team in field goal percentage and rebounds per game as a freshman and sophomore and was the NAIA District Freshman of the Year in 1993. Hagenmaier was also a member of the 1995 NCCAA National Tournament team, finishing seventh overall, and a member of Judson's first-ever NAIA National Tournament team in 1996. That season, she was also a member of the Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference (NIIC) All-Conference Team. She earned five top-10 career records at Judson University. She ranks fourth all-time with a 52.4 field goal percentage, seventh with 668 rebounds, eighth with 6.0 rebounds-per-game, and 10th with 454 field goals made. Hagenmaier also is 13th all-time in career points with 1,082.
