Women's Basketball Returns From Christmas Break with 83-56 Loss to Missouri Baptist

St. Louis, Mo.     The Judson University Women's Basketball Team returned from Christmas break with a road contest against Missouri Baptist. The Eagles lost the contest 83-56. Judson had 13 players contribute in the scorebook, by far a season high. 

 

Carly Scheblo led the Eagles with 13 points, two assists, a rebound, and a blocked shot. Sydnie Wolf had a strong all-around effort with seven points, three steals, two assists, and a rebound. Haven Beyer had an eight-point performance off the bench for Judson. Sydnie Novak and Audrey Quintana had six points apiece for Judson. Quintana's six points came by way of a pair of three-point shots. Novak finished with three field goals for six points. Easton Kimball had 11 boards for Judson, along with two assists and two steals. Madison Carlson made a three-pointer and added a steal in 16 minutes of action off the bench. Bridget Grady, Evelyn Martin, Jessica Meyer, Haleigh Mason, and Lindsay Paulsen all scored for Judson in the contest. 

 

The Eagles (3-11) face Fontbonne on Friday in Southeastern Missouri.
