Kimball Records Double-Double in 51-43 Loss to Madonna

Livonia, MI     The Judson University Women's Basketball Team traveled East to face off against Madonna. A slow first two quarters for both sides spark a more offensive second half. Leading going into it, Judson fell short of matching the scoring efforts of Madonna and lost the match 51-43.

Going 7-14 from the field and 1-1 from the free throw line, Easton Kimball led the eagles offense by finishing with her first double-double of the season. Scoring 15 points from a combination of layups and jump shots, she also had 5 offensive and 7 defensive rebounds totaling 12. She managed 1 steal as well. Audrey Quintana finished close behind her with 9 points. Quintana secured the board on both ends of the court racking up 5 rebounds. Both Carly Scheblo and Sydnie Wolf finished with 5 points respectively. Scheblo dropped 7 assists and 2 steals in addition to her points while Wolf went perfect from the free throw line while also contributing a defensive rebound. Three eagles were tied in points contributed including Sydnie Novak, Haven Beyer, and Addie Ringel who all finished with 3. 

The Eagles continue their winter break journey Wednesday at 7:00 PM against Spring Arbor.
