For the men, their total time was 2:20:34.70 for their top five runners. Kyle Braund (27:02.60, 25th overall) and Dylan Bledsoe (27:35.80, 52nd) both made good moves in the second half of the race. Chase Ashcraft (28:51.30, 143rd) and Nate Coleman (29:21.50) set personal bests.

On the women's side, the Eagles' total time was 1:44:21.80. Kasey Moreno finished sixth overall with a total time of 19:32.50. Head Coach Cam Knudsen noted that Moreno's confidence and ability to keep up with the race leaders made it a very successful day for the senior.

McKinze Kearfott (21:52.80) set a personal best as she finished 117th overall.

"Both teams competed well in some big fields," said Knudsen. "It is always good to get big race experience on a solid course. We are looking forward to competing at the conference championship."

The conference championship race will occur on Saturday, November 5, in Joliet.
