Judson Men's Volleyball Falls to Olivet Nazarene in Four Sets During Spring Break Match

Bourbonnais, IL     The Judson Men's Volleyball Team began spring break with a conference matchup against Olivet Nazarene. After losing the first two sets, the Eagles took set three but could not capitalize in set four as the Eagles fell 21-25, 23-25, 25-23, 25-27. 

Outside Elijah Gregg recorded the most kills for the Eagles finishing with 11. Gregg played consistently in the back row, finishing with seven digs, one service ace, and three block assists. Mason Snodgrass had nine kills while also adding seven digs and two block assists. Out of the middle, Brendan Gibbons scored eight points for Judson while contributing two block assists, one service ace, and a dig to the stat sheet. Both Trevor Kozlowski and Greg Geake recorded five kills each. Kozlowski finished with two block assists and one dig while Geake had two block assists.

Elijah Wrobel assisted 35 kills for Judson in addition to three block assists, two digs, and a service ace. Jackson Otto led the defense in digs recording 13 while also contributing a service ace. Brody Solbrig made an appearance to block and recorded six block assists, the highest of the team.

 

Judson continues their season after spring break playing Cardinal Strich on March 14th.
