Judson University Athletic Training and Sports Medicine

On behalf of the Judson University Sports Medicine Staff, we would like to welcome you to our campus.
The information listed will hopefully aide your visit in any pre-game prep needs.

The Athletic Training Room is located inside the Lindner Fitness Center, on the northeast side of the campus. Depending upon coinciding events, the Athletic Training Room will be open two hours prior to the first contest time, and immediately following the last contest.

When events are held off campus the athletic training room will open four hours prior to contest time.

The Athletic Training Room offers hot and cold modalities, ultrasound, and electric muscle stimulation. If a Certified Athletic Trainer is not traveling with your team, we request written permission, or an email from the Certified Athletic Trainer or team physician of your team to allow our staff to utilize electric modalities.

A Certified Athletic Trainer will be on-site for all home events. Please send a medical kit stocked with medical supplies needed for your student-athletes. Please also send along plastic ice wrap or elastic bandages for the athletes wishing to have ice bags wrapped on.

In your bench area, you will be supplied with ice, water, and water bottles or cups. Biohazard bags are available if needed. Bench and shower towels will not be provided. Splinting supplies and crutches may be borrowed as needed.

If you are in need of any additional information, and/or if we can be of service to you in any other way during your visit, please do not hesitate to contact our Certified Athletic Trainer.
